Bills and Subscriptions Tracker
Finds every recurring bill and subscription in your email, tracks what each one costs over time, and sends you a monthly report with price rises and renewals coming up.
What it does
Most people have more recurring payments than they think: energy and water, phone and internet, insurance, streaming, software, apps, memberships. This project finds them all in your email, wherever the receipts land, and keeps one place where you can see them.
It builds a live dashboard from your past emails: what you pay each month, how each bill has moved over the last year, which subscriptions went up, and what renews or ends in the next 60 days. For energy and water it also shows whether a higher bill comes from using more or paying more per unit.
Every month it checks for new charges, spots new subscriptions you may have forgotten, flags price rises and late bills, and emails you a short report. It only reads and organises: it never pays, cancels or replies to anything. It works with any email service you have connected to Claude.

How to use it
No experience needed. Three steps.

Connect your email and add the Skill. Any email service with a Claude connector works. Then download the Skill with the button on this page, open Customize, then Skills, click +, choose Upload a skill, pick the .zip, and switch it on.

Build your tracker. In a new chat, type: Set up my bills and subscriptions tracker. Claude scans your inbox, asks four quick questions, and builds your dashboard from your past emails.

Make it monthly. When Claude offers to schedule it, say yes and press Schedule. From then on, the dashboard updates itself and a report lands in your inbox every month.
